Creative Financial Solutions to Complex Challenges

How We Work

Charitable Planning Network works with successful families, business owners, and their Trusted Advisors. We specialize in succession, retention, asset protection, and charitable giving through our Charitable Planning, Cash Flow Planning, and Tax Deferral Planning.

Charitable Planning Network has formalized service processes and built an elite network of experts to leverage resources and expertise for the total benefit of our clients.

Working together, we guide our clients through the complexities of planning through a proven, service driven, and innovative process. We often do that with an eye toward improving your capacity to give generously to the causes that mean the most to you, while minimizing tax debt and leaving a legacy to the people most important to you.

DISCOVERY

Through a complimentary consultation we ascertain your goals, objectives, and concerns (e.g. giving, risk and taxes). Then we setup a secure and confidential way for you to share information (e.g. estate planning diagram and tax returns), and extensively review that information.

DESIGN

Informed by our analysis, our proposal:

• Summarizes the challenges, concerns, and issues you shared with us initially and those we have discovered (NEEDS).
Outlines our recommended solutions (PRODUCT MIX).

• Quantifies the benefits, costs, timeline to implement, and critical paths for each solution (PLAN OF ACTION).

IMPLEMENTATION

Charitable Planning Network will coordinate with our Strategic Partners and your Trusted Advisors to ensure timely implementation.

Each custom solution has its own set of ongoing management requirements. We will manage these processes on your behalf and set a meeting schedule with your family's and/or business' Trusted Advisors to continually keep you informed.
